Wellness Consult: Initial Visit + Plan
$175.00
This initial consult will be to sit down with the doctor to discuss your health
concerns. From here, our doctors will decide what the next step is for your health journey. You will be provided with paperwork to fill out online prior to this appointment. If you are unable to complete the online paperwork, you will need to arrive 15-20 minutes early to fill out paperwork in the office. This
appointment typically lasts about 1 hour.
Follow-up Consults
$125.00 each
Follow-ups are critical to healing and returning to normal function. This is a
journey, and it can be difficult. You will see results and changes, and you may
see side effects, both positive and negative. Not only will follow ups keep you
honest and on track, but the doctor also will need to evaluate how you’re
doing and progress forward with any changes that may be needed to your
plan of care. These are typically once a month unless otherwise specified by
the doctor.
Patient Education/
Nutritional Counsel
$50.00 each
Patient education/nutritional counseling is an opportunity for you to come in and ask questions about your wellness plan or about wellness/nutritional plans in general.
SUPPLEMENTS
Supplements can aid in decreasing inflammation and assist your body in
healing and proper function. They are based on individual lab work, and
should be followed as directed by the doctor. Ideally nobody stays on
supplements long-term, but that is dependent on how faithful the patient is at
following doctor recommendations, and on the body itself. It can take 4
months for most red blood cells in your body to turn over, and can take 5
months for your liver to turn over. The body takes time to heal.
DIAGNOSTIC TESTING
Lab work is based on the individual and varies greatly in price. Some lab
work is billable to insurance, while others are not. We are more
than happy to assist you in this process. Prices will be discussed when
ordering labs. Consultations to go over lab results and discuss the plan of
care are not included in the price of the lab test. We would be happy to
provide a printout listing exactly what you have paid for.
SERVICES THAT MAY BE BILLABLE TO INSURANCE
Please note that just because a service is billable to insurance does not mean it will be covered by your
insurance provider. Some of the services are billable to Medicare and Medicaid. Medicaid will only cover services for providers located in the state your Medicaid is through.

SERVICES THAT MAY NOT BE BILLABLE TO INSURANCE
Insurance companies do not allow any of the following services to be billed. If you have an HSA (Health
Savings Account) they may or may not allow for reimbursement. Please check with your HSA to
determine what they allow to be purchased with HSA money.
Consultation and nutrition pricing is based on the individual. Once test results are received a billing
specialist will meet with you to determine approximate pricing of your care plan and offer discounted
pricing on bundled services. Contact the billing department for more information.
